After some time off last year (economy related) and two "research" trips to Scotland, I am back to work in this crazy business. Sorry for seeming like it, but I'm not using this forum as a means of business; rather, I thought to offer since most retailers have no independent bottlers and their whisky sections are pretty pedestrian. I'm a drinker first, and like to share, and business comes (at best) second. It's not my store, I just manage it, though am trying to build a competent malt section as, if I'm going to spend so much time here away from my family, at least I have good whisky around me to open and drink.
